Beginning in the spring of 2023, we launched our investigative training program through the Grant Wood Area Education Agency (GWAEA). Additionally, we have had the honor of presenting our workshop multiple times to a Human Resources course for aspiring superintendents at Drake University.

 To date, we have provided professional learning for 105 individuals from 40 different Iowa districts. Our program has also expanded to include on-site training sessions in several districts, such as Iowa Falls, North Polk, and Webster City. These workshops have collectively engaged 54 leaders from 12 different Iowa school districts.
